Buying a car

Buying a car is one of those expensive jobs that eventually we all need to do (well most of us). What do you need to take into account?

First things first decide on your budget. If you only have £1000 available then your choice is severely limited. Twice this amount then you'll be in a reasonable position to put down a deposit and get a two or three year repayment deal on a new vehicle.

There are several advantages to doing this, as there are often good deals. Cash bonus, low or zero interest on the payments, free breakdown cover, free insurance, extras. And you know that no-one else has crashed the thing before you!

What is our current favourite car? The Fiat Punto Grande
